We are an INDEPENDENT practice seeking an experienced and dedicated night nurse for our practice in the bustling market town of Uppingham in Rutland. We are proud to say that we have recently achieved hospital status at our Uppingham practice and as such are expanding our team.

 

You should feel comfortable working sole charge, be enthusiastic, forward thinking and highly motivated. This is a ‘hands-on’ position, working within a fast-paced and friendly team, and will be well suited to someone who has an interest in ECC.

 

You will be responsible for the nursing care of our patients, triaging emergencies and answering the out of hours phone. Your shifts would be on a rolling rota based on 34 – 36.25 hours per week, encouraging an excellent work/life balance. There is no bank holiday working with this position.

 

We provide strong mentorship and support, so you get the most out of your role. We are fortunate to have a team of experienced vets and RVN’s, along with dedicated support staff all of whom share our passion for providing high standards of veterinary care to our patients.
